Hard to say. I want to keep an open mind, but it still sounds like BS to me.
Why would someone discover a truly winning bet, let everyone know it even exists.


Riding dispersion ? How ? In order to ride dispersion, he would need to know how to avoid patterns,I think.

Certain movements as he says ? All movements are random as well.

A bet that breaks even flat betting. I do not think this is possible. Unless enough money is won
to cover the zero loss. That's not flat betting. Some kind of a progression is needed.

I think I'm gonna sweep this one under the rug.
