There is no proof and you know it, just endless maths theory>>>

Herb, everyone knows that math only applies to the casino, not the player. The casino has built Vegas and Macau totally on sound math. The player doesn't need math, though, he needs conviction and guts.

Math is for suckers..[smiley=3D-Smil/36_2_15.gif] [smiley=3D-Smil/36_2_19.gif] [smiley=3D-gros-anim/36_2_34.gif]

Herb

Ok, here's what we've learned from the thread.

1. Math only applies to the casino, not the player. The casinos have built Vegas and Macau on sound math, by relying on their built in house edge over the player.

2. However, the player doesn't need math. He only needs to be blissfully ignorant and blowing spit bubbles. Hey, this trick not only works in the casino, but also with your checking account! When they tell you that your out of money and that your account is overdrawn, just say, "Back off mathboy!"

3. The laws of physics and math that govern our known Universe do not apply to Mr. Chips.  He was recently provided exemption status from these laws.

4. RNGs can be adequately tested and proven fair by testing them with one of three roulette systems. TwoCatSam can adequately test these rngs by using one of Mr. Chips systems.  Don't worry, it shouldn't take too long.  We should have the answer after just a couple hundred spins!

5. Gambler's fallacy doesn't effect you, if you just ignore it.

6. Most gambling systems work, if you have enough "If" statements within them. "If you play on Tuesday, but not Wed.. If you have just the right progression. If you have a large enough bankroll. If you would have bet the 11 instead of the 12. If you would have bet more when you were losing. If you would have bet more when you were winning.  If you have a triangle. If you have a sun, a square, and a triangle. If you would have bet the second crossing pattern instead of the first crossing pattern. If you would leave when you are winning 50 units. If you quit after you are winning just one unit. If you could use the Atilia. If the Rng was fair, etc...."

I like it!  ;D

OK........

I'm having a bit of a problem deciding what to do.  I'd like input, even from Herb.  Here's the way my mind is working:

If I play the G.U.T, I have to wait 20 to 25 spins for a crossing.  How do I spin the wheel?  Well one way is to bet a unit on the first dozen and a unit on the large numbers.  This leaves seven uncovered.  I can tell you from past experience with the RNG, it will beat that seven numbers to a pulp and take most of the bankroll while I'm trying to get down a bet.

If I use the 4Selecta, I only bet every third spin at most, so two out of three I have the same problem.

If I use my Chicco/murph, I have to be able to walk away and come back to a different wheel.  (Same with 4Selecta)  Since the RNG is never different, what does one do?

I am thinking about using the VLS Lw Methodology.  But even with that, there are times you just take a loss and walk away.  Using RNg when you walk back the next day, you haven't gone at all!!

This RNG stuff is really new to me.  I'm at a loss for what to do.

Because of the "jump" feature, I'm thinking the G.U.T is the way to go.  It alone.  Doing that would also let me chart what the RNG does on those times when I am making bets just to spin the wheel.

Any ideas, anyone?

Gambler's fallacy doesn't effect you, if you just ignore it.>>

Very true.

>>if you have enough "If" statements within them>>

You forgot the most important ones. If I had the right dealer, if I wasn't tired, if I hadn't been drinking, if the music wasn't so loud, if I been here two hours ago, if my wife/girlfriend would quit bugging me, if it wasn't such a long way to the casino, if if if. When you win its your skill at the game, but loss has a thousand reasons.

BTW, 166 units is not enough to even begin to prove anything. Thats 16 $10 bets or 33 $5 bets, which is next to nothing.

Herb

Spike, just a quick fyi:  166 units at a $1 unit is $166.00
                               166 units at a $10.units is $1,660.00

A unit can be any amount that you choose.

But yes, 166 UNITS is not enought to measure anything.

Herb

If you're going to do it, try dividing your bankroll into at least 500 units for each system play.

-Good Luck.

OK, I am thinking along these lines...........

winkel says G.U.T works as well on RNG as real wheel

G.U.T has been tested on RNG........the others have not.

Here's the idea:  It takes about 30 spins before I get a crossing I like on G.U.T.  Why not use an RNG for those 30 spins?  If I were to use RNG spins and then switched to real money spins when my crossing appears, what would be the difference?  An RNG is an RNG no matter what.

If I do this, I will make a video and show only the bet being placed and the spin for real money.  No need to show you a screen filling with numbers.

Naturally--in the unlikely event I lose the money--we will never truly know if the machine just beat me or the G.U.T. failed or I failed to use it right.

'Course if I win, I'm just lucky!  No chance winkel could be right.

You'll notice that when you switch from RNG play mode to RNG real mode .... the sequence of numbers on the marquee are not the same. You're playing  an entirely new game. And also RNG fun and RNG real are not the same ( so they say ).

Just thought I'd put my 2 cents in seeing this 166 units is partly mine  ::)

Every online casino I ever played at had a $5 and usually a $10 min bet. What casino lets you bet 10 cents???
