Dublinbet cheaters...

Hi People, i have just been cheated at dublinbet live roulette, i have placed a bet of 11 euro x number on 12 numbers, i was following a progression, at the high-limit roulette n.1, and the 4 has came up, it was one of mine, but they didn't pay me...the dealer simon took the money from the players, but no money x me....and after they said that the table was close and currently random number generation...yeah right just when i did the high progression and even won the bet, and they don't pay me...i'm really disgusted about this. i'll take the money away and i'll not play anymore in there, no point to play when they do like this....i'm really really upset, i have lost 246 euro on a progression that i have won....
I have sent a email to them, there is no live support...so i don't really know what to think...i supposed that dublinbet they were honesty and serious...my faith on the roulette is less than zero now....

Hi, I was playing at that same time, I saw that 4 spin up.
I was in fun mode, on the low limit table. I had a bet on
black, and wasn't paid. Did you notice that 4 didn't show
on the marquee?  Then they changed to RNG mode.

I'm pretty sure it was a computer error, I doubt they'd
cut everyone's connection to cheat you out of 246 euros.

Yeah i have seen it, and of course i didn't bet on the rgn mode...the point is the number 4 come up, and it was normal, and after the server has lost the connection as they said, but just after, not before has they have said on the email reply...if the server has got lost before bet i can understand, but to not put on the sistem the number just spun is behind any reason...if is like that is too easy x excuse, so that mean everytime that i'm on progression not only i have to worry x my numbers to came up, but even x the connection...i'm waiting to get another reply from them, because i have confirmed that my bet was before and the number 4 was winner, ho can i trust them now..??
If i play roulette live, sometime i would like to win, and if when i win i don't get the winnings...

It just happened. Why don't you cool down and sent them a e-mail concerning what happend. I'm pretty sure they will refund your money. We're not talking abouth a hugh amount of money here. It surely is depressing for you to lose that money.

Yeah i already did, sent 2 emails to reply, because i wasn't happy with their explanation...they have told me that they will check the logs well and they'll get back to me, things like that they shouldn't happen, because is pretty upsetting when a winning bet is switched to a lose bet...
I'm calm but disappointed, 262 include the winnings is not just a few euros..and i'm not sure about they'll refund my money...

I've seen this happen before. I've also seen a few times when the dealer makes a "false spin" or so called error so they refund all bets and re-spin, after the ball has already landed - this sucks big time.

I hope you get back what you should have won. You should do.

OK, this is no commercial, but if you guys are serious about your betting you should invest $30 in a screen recorder.  WM Capture is great!  You can make the video and then delete it if you have no problems.  Then you could go to Dublin and show them the video.  They may not pay, but you would have a better case.

I record every betting session. 

And that has happened to me, also, at Bet365.  With a dozen people telling them the number hit, they swore it didn't! 

As to progressions, do you wonder why this never happens on the first bet?  Always when you have the max down?  Today I bet 12 numbers and got one wrong.  Guess who hit?

I stopped playing at dublin bet about 10 months ago for reasons i won't disclose except to say i think they should be avoided. I won't go back to dublin bet , it's easier to throw my money into the bin than play at dublin bet.

Hello Ivo,

The connection to the casino was lost, and the gamesever did not receive the result from the table. As no result was recorded, then it is impossible for the system to process the outcome until a result is received.

While you may have seen a result in the video, this is connected via a different server, and connection, and has no bearing on delivery of results to the Gameserver.

You will recall from the Terms & Condition, Section 4, Rules & Instructions:

"For live games, valid results are those results which are detected by the electronic sensor equipment installed for that purpose. If for any reason a result is not detected and registered by the electronic sensors, then that result is deemed to have not occurred, and any bets locked will remain locked until a valid result is determined."

We have no desire to cheat you. You lost no money, as your bets were not processed. The game switched to RNG mode, and you cancelled your bets.

Each and every result is independent, and is not affected by past results, and has no influence on future results.

If you were following some betting strategy, then you can simply resume that after the live feed is restored.

This connection failure was beyond our control, as we rely upon communications providers for connectivity, etc.

We apologise for any inconvenience the communication failure may have caused you.

....So x them if you are betting a sistem or progression you simply wait until the game server came back and you bet again...yeah right that's say all...the comunication failure or whatever f...k is it has been costly x me...and was not the n.4 only, but before another number close to the zero was spun, and of course has not been counted on the sistem...is really strange that x 8 losers spins the server was perfect...and after with 2 winnings spins the server was wrong...do i need to tell you wich numbers have come up with the rgn...8-17 not on my sistem of course...luckily i didn't bet.

OK, my nickel's worth.........

I once played progressions exclusively.  These things would happen:

1.  I would just absolutly, positively have to "go".  I'd miss a bet!

2.  My power would go off.

3.  My internet server would crash.

4.  My wife would come home.

5.  I would fall asleep.

What to do; what to do!

I would wait until the exact same conditions came around again and just resume where I left off.  Just for a silly example, you're betting on red with a five-step Martingale and you get cut off at four.  Wait until you're at level four again and resume betting.  OR..bet your normal progression and then just add the two together at the proper time, assuming you don't hit the table limit.

Just beware of that guys if you want to play there, i had some bad review before about them, but at the time they were some people that they claim a lot of money won on there, and that they were honesty and fair....
And about to do the same progression again you know Sam, is not easy to catch another one at the last leg and to get one of your numbers..

I doubt they'll pay you as the winner.
If you take the game number and force it a little bit hard, you might be able to get a refund on your bets.

As for the technical issues, I take dublinbet's side. It seems even though you saw the video, the server didn't get the result that fast. (that's why you didn't see the number 4 on the marquee - it seems like a genuine technical failure.) However, I think they must refund the bets on these doubtful situations.

As Simon says, if you miss at a progression, wait for the conditions are met again and bet. You don't need to have same numbers, just the same 'stage at the progression'. If you wait long enough, sooner or later it will come.

I don't trust Dublin live play. I can play in fun mode and write down the bets I'll make and do great. Then when I bet in fun mode, I'll do OK, but never great. In real money mode, I never do well, and all I do is flat bet. I know they're cheating, but damned if I can figure out how.
