First off I would like for the "forum rules" post to be reposted without the possibility of adding to the specific thread in contrast to now.

New section named "RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT" is going to be setup without any reply feature to replace current rules section (read-only board without any reply button, like my section), as soon as the pre-mod feature is completely done, either later today or tomorrow.

I'll comment on the COC later on, I want to make some contribution in that regard too...
