Good people.....

Due a palpitation of me ol' ticker, the Dr. has ordered me off all forms of caffeine.  This is one more thing I loved that I must give up in my life.  (OK..sniff, sniff--I'm over it!)

Bear with me a few days if I don't answer things or post correctly.  This new lifestyle is having a strange effect on me!  I started drinking coffee at age 6 and I'm nearly 62.

I'll square up in a few days.

Yeh mate take it easy I have been trying give up caffeine for ages I stop for couple weeks have hard day at work and the cravings rush back so I give in to the evil bottle of coke

I can appreciate what you're going through: I am a HEAVY caffeinist myself.
It's close to one cup/hour... And I mean BIG cups of STRONG coffee.

It has happened (accidentally!) that there is no coffee at home, in the morning... Man! I get abstinence!
I'm sweating, having a headache and being nervous.
