Okay...I got a system that I want to make a program for.

I need it to:

1. Look for nine wheel misses on a 4 section, 9 numbered chart.
2. Once it locates the misses, place a chip on each of the 9 numbers of the 9 missed section.
3. go for a run on that section until it misses.

I'm not sure which, but one of those, or maybe all, will track hot or cold sectors for any length of spins and any size of sector.
