Why when using a brand new system we seem to win the first time or two that we use it then it eventually goes down the tubes?  :'(

ryan08

because you havent hit the dispertion that kills the system, but it always tanks because that dispertion eventually shows up.

think of this aswel, when you make a system and start to play it, and it fails straight away, its no better or worse than any other system, its just because you have hit the killer dispertion straight away

hope this helps >:D (dark side) >:D

i dont think you have the grail, seen as it doesnt exist

Wrong... You are telling stories about dispersion? why should that be a killer?

ryan08

because alot of people stick strictly to the rules and dont dispertion surf, you know if you stick strictly to the rules of a system a dispertion will eventually come along and kill it

Boo_Ray

what about if you have system that uses dispersion? will dispersion disapear? or will you win?

think :)

ryan08

but my point is you cannot have one set of rules and ride every dispertion, which that is what most systems use

ryan08

doesnt matter how many exit strategies and well contructed systems or whatever the dispersions to make it fail will still be there, the exit strategies may help you miss them, but i dont think you understand the context of the original post, he said why do all systems start off well then fail, if you test over 1million spins you arent going to hand test them, computer testing you wont be able to put your exit strategies in so you will hit the dispersions you dont want and the system will fail to them will it not?

Read the book: Christopher Pawlicki - the Edge at Roulette. It ground you the information why all systems fail in the end.

Mr Chips

Basically the book contains a lot of basic information. You have to pick what you find interesting yourself. For the topic starter it gives a good explanation why systems don't work in the long run.

Btw I haven't forgotten your 4selecta. Right now I'm a little system/testing tired. However, I wouldn't call the 4selecta a system. It's more a bet situation.

I'm studying VB at the moment, I want to give that my full attention.
