Tibetan people (Buddhists) believe for many generations in reincarnation.
The temporal leader named the Dalai Lama/Buddha was many times reincarnated as a human, and he teaches his people in secrecy, how to enter the 4th dimension.
Meaning, that you need to look the world in a different point of view. We humans cannot see or use the 4th  dimension, but we can learn to use it in our daily life.
Take for example the invention of the wheel. Its round so it can move from point A to B (space) and when we move from A to B, we use time to go there. But we humans cant manipulate time and space because of our brain.
We are not ready yet, but we can learn to understand it and visualize it in our brains.
Another example.
20 Years ago when you played packman on a very old and poor graphics (8 bits) computer, you could only see a 2 dimensional object moving to time and space, and eating the other ghosts and dots.
And in this time of high advance next gen games and graphics (64 bits) computers, we can see and play a game in 3rd  dimension.
But, what we really see, is a 3 dimensional LCD screen with 2 dimensional human made graphics with depth and time and space.
A computer is electronic and is not really a 3rd  dimensional image on a LCD screen.
It only looks like 3D, but in facts it is not.
Now the last example you should know.
We humans can only see a 3rd  dimensional world with 3 dimensional objects that don't move by itself.
And we also use the 4th dimension without knowing it.
It is like, you stand still in your room, and then you move one step.
This movement of you can be: left, right, back, forth or even up and down. (jump, sit)
But without knowing it, you are using time and space.
While walking you move from point A to B (from space to space) and when you do this it takes time.
Some believe that in time, or in the year 2012 (Apocalypse/Mayan calendar) we will live in the 4th  dimension, and can use time and space in a way for us we cant understand.
Like time travel or other dimensions/parallel universes.
Maybe one day, someone will make a time machine for us to use, or a transporter beam.
It could be done some say. (in theory)
Like a pies of paper point A on the left side and point B on the right side.
When you fold it in two, you are manipulating time and space.
Some say that this already exist in space or even earth.
Like a black hole, or using light to move faster as time. (so time will stop)

Now I have only 1 question remaining for you: Do you understand the 4th  dimension ?

This picture is our world we live in, as you can see we use xyz vectors to move on earth.



And this picture shows you a cube that represents our world.
This is like a corner in our room, we see length, with and depth. (3rd  dimension)


The last picture shows you our world we live in (we can see) + a purple line.
This purple line is our 4th  dimension of time and space.
As you can see, it moves from A to B in the same 2D cube.
We cannot see this, but we are using it every second.

We all live in a 4D world but only see the 3D around us, we need to learn to see the 4D.
And, I know that the people in china made the roulette wheel/table (and the where thinking in 4D, when the made it, that's why it is symmetric)

You can not rule out ideas! If there is a system that can prove it is tested if it does not work it can be disposed but we must remain open-minded!
