Sure Win Bet

One day an old woman walked into a bank followed by a well dressed gentleman pushing a wheelbarrow full of money.  The old lady walks up to a bank teller and asks to see the bank manager. After couple of minutes, the bank manager calls her into his office. The lady and the wheelborrow pushing man walk into the office. The old lady, smiling, proclaims she wants to deposit all the money into his bank. The bank manager curious, asks how she made all the money. I am a gambler. I make and win bets. She replies.
What kind of bets.
I will show you. Right here and now I will wager one million dollars that your balls are square.
The bank manager laughs and says I will take your bet. I know I don't have square balls. He drops his pants to reveal himself. She asks if she can feel to make sure.
He replies, sure but you know I win one million dollars.
As she is feeling his balls, the manager notices the well dressed gentleman repeatedly banging his head on the wall. The manager asks. What's wrong with him? The old lady responds.

I bet him 2 million, I would have your balls in my hand within a half hour.
