This morning about 9 am gmt I so number 33 spun 5 times one after the other , what are the odds of this happening , my maths says about 1 in 60 million spins.

ChickenDinner

5 times in a row is 1 in 69,343,957, I think. Cool!  8)

I've seen this before with number 7. Probably won't see it again, though.

Anyone playing Vito's system at that time? Hope not.

Kingspin or anyone that might know,
Just curious, did the zero show within 3 - 5 spins afterward?  RP

Kingspin

chicken dinner did you multiply 37x37x37x37x37 and divide by 1 to get this answer.

Kingspin,
Thanks for posting this "phenomenon".
Not answering for CD, just answering my 2 cents of different ways to calculate.
Remember I'm not an authority like KFS

using a binomial probability calculator enter
n - 5
k - 5
p - 1/37

outcome =  1.4420867271822983e-8

or w/ fraction calculator

1/37 x 1/37 x 1/37 x 1/37 x 1/37 = 1/69343957

or w/ regular calculator (I rounded to the thousandths place, close enough)

.027 x .027 x .027 x 027 x .027 = 0.000000014348907

then get the multiplicative inverse, which would be
1/.000000014348907 = 69691719.376256323913730850719152
