some help needed!

hello all,i am experimenting with something.
in dozen and columns the natural "average" outcome would be that everyone of them comes in singles,so after a repeat of a doz or column we have the smallest stack.(a stack of 2 results in the same third of the table)
so,the tendency of the outcomes ,will be that after the 2 repeats we will have more singles than repeats(i mean on average in million spins)
what would  be the average change   for even bets?
