Nope.  They don't change the house edge one bit.

If you disagree, then please explain how it change the house edge.

Umm, I may be a little confused here.
But what does the house edge have to do with bots?
All a bot is designed to do is to play for you.
So you can go do the things that you want to do.
Win or lose does not matter.
Win would be better.
The bots that Tiago has made.
Have options for stop loss.
And trailing stop loss.
So that means that if you are on a loosing side of things.
You wont lose as much.

The main problem ( for me ) of the v1 Roulette Bot Pro was that it wasn't possible to lock the PC ( [WindowsKey]+[L] )
If I press them, or change user ... it will stop working until I'll return to the desktop.

Example: MMM / RBS / DCS haven't this problem, I can lock the computer, change user ... everything but they will continue working in backround.

I really hope to see this feature on the next V2
