Geez, let me check.

I'm currently messing with permissions to create two special poster-controlled sections, one for thread-starters to become thread-moderators and another one to expose at lenght without interruptions.

This is specially thought for people who would like to take their threads where they want them to go without too much interruptions, which is the #1 complain from serious posters, that they just can't expose in peace; by having these two special poster-controlled spaces hopefully it allows to bring a viable solution and be appealing to these posters.

As for the downloads being affected for some, I smell permissions hell again!!!

I've there and made it, I can make it again.

(Just let me finish setup for special sections first)
