Why do you feel you can beat the game of roulette by building a strategy based on the law of the third?

I don't speak for Winkel, but I think the law of the third is inherently an event within an event, with ever smaller & larger events on either side. So the idea is to bet on a very brief event which will occur in the event within the event. These micro/macro events cannot but happen as long as the wheel spins around and the pill finds a pocket.

That might sound like gobbledy gook, but it does sum it up accurately.
