Casinos for American players

Hey, I've been reading thru this board - some very insightful people here. 

Maybe I haven't been searching well enough but I can't seem to find a listing of good online casinos that accept American players.    Also are there any that have a minimum bet lower than $1?  I've been studying up on some of the systems here, the next step is to find some decent online casinos, but I'd like to know if there's any that do .  10 c or .  25 c bets.
