Other Forums name?

Hi guys. I want to ask what most will most probably think is a silly question. This more for TCS,Vic,Lanky and co.

When I started joining roulette forums, I specifically joined a forum where all you guys use to be. I was not long there when you all moved over to Vics then all new VLS. What the hell was that forums name again? Does it still exist? I would like to go back and look for an old post which now has some importance to me......

A forum members' amount says nothing about its security to stay.

VIP lounge had ~15000 members, and had sponsors via non-casino ads (obviously those do not work so good, as gamblers aren't really that interested in visiting non-gambling sites when they look for gambling-related information).

Also, add we forum administrators are human, people just like you, and we get tired too. In this case the webhosting bill wasn't paid and the domain was cyber-squated in a snap and now nolinks://gambling.projectsydney.com was turned into a spam site.

The only gambling forums which are really safe from closing are the ones selling systems or partnering with casinos; they have their income from selling false security of winning (systems) or partaking (directly) with people's losses and their aim is not to educate gamblers, but to send their visitors to affiliate casino links.

We didn't want us here to engage in those schemes nor stuff the forum with ads, so the the avenue for users to help with the monthly bill by a price-it-yourself subscription (starting for as little as $1.35) was opened, but then this is demonized for getting some help to pay the monthly bill is banned from detractor's principles: they want to be served to notch, they want no one to support.

We can only wish for us to get overwhelming support and last FOREVER for some characters will be the most happy to see us close, and we truly hope us to be online for the long, long run.

And no, personally I'm not aiming to make money out of this forum; if this server pays for itself, I'll be the most happy admin and that's it. Whoever accuses me of running this board out of financial interest must factor in the reality: you don't need to much brains to know honest forums without ads nor casino partnerships nor system selling aren't precisely there to make the owners millionaires. But I'm okay with that, and I'm willing to devote the IT time and effort and assist in as much as I can.

May our forum live long and prosper, and let detractors grow old without seeing it close.
