PM Problems???

Hi Guys... last few days I haven't been able to send PM's ... Just wandering if this problem is across the board or just me...?

I get this error:

An Error Has Occurred!

104 An Error Has Occurred!: Unable to open 1.txt  

Don't know if I'm doing anything wrong

Anyone?
