Let me explain to alllllllllllllllllllllllllll of you what Roulette is all about with a very simple example:

Let s say that we have a man that holds one little marible in his 1 hand. And this man is letting you deside in which hand the marible is......
After XXX times in the future you will always be EVEN in wins /losses....

Now take the above situation and add this :  IN EVERY X TIMES U WILL HAVE A LOSS BECAUSE THE MARIBLE WILL NOT BE IN ANY OF THE 2 HANDS......

3 negative (red) bias numbers would not make much of a difference to you if you play EC's.

The same goes if you played all the other 34 numbers. std for these negative numbers in likelyhood in perfect conditions could say be 3 or 4.  That would mean that these three numbers (or Red) will come out on average 3-4 times in 37 spins. This is not an advantage if playing EC. BUT if you have 3 x negative bias numbers you will also have positive bias numbers which might all be red as well. Anyway bias does not give you an advantage on EC's because of 3  or so neg or pos bias numbers.
