Hi I joined one casino i found that had no deposit bonus just to see how the games look, i also registered my card but didn't put down any deposit. I got 10£ free and lost it :p

the question is whether theres going to be any penalties etc if i just deleted the casino from my laptop etc if its safe, and if they aren't going to try to mess with credit card that i supplied them with.

thanks

yes read the rules as pin said, but if they charge you for anything, you could very easily argue to your bank that their terms were misleading. For example, they said they'd give you free money to play as a test, and you werent clearly told about any other charges. I dont know the casino you're talking about or their terms, but I'm just saying it is not hard to get a chargeback, even if it is a dishonest chargeback. They happen in any business that takes credit cards, and getting one against an online casino wouldnt be a problem provided you know what to say. I'm sure any bank would hear of the free test money offer and think it would be misleading for them to charge you extra.

What casino was this? I'd like to take a look at their terms.

Joyland casino. Thanks for help. I didn't actually have to provide them with card details during registration, but terms and conditions specified that in order to be able to pay out winnings the card had to be registered before playing.

I couldnt find the no-deposit terms, but as with most online casinos there are so many confusing terms and conditions that I dont think there'd be a problem reversing charges on a card if you carefully explained the situation to your bank.

You might consider cancelling your card and ask for a replacement just in case the casino is rogue.  Oftimes the aim of the casino is to get your personal information if not to pre-authorize an amount, to use your address/other personal information to sell for marketing.  Some of the worst casinos embed viruses in their software to capture your information.

They can't do squat. If you haven't put down any money yourself then you are fine. I haven't heard about a casino which give you a bonus without deposit, and that expect you to put down money. What you can do to be totally safe is just to make your current card useless by getting a new one.
