G'day RXGuru,

You know, I've bought several licenses for RX over the years to run on several computers.

The last copy I got crashed and I emailed you guys several times for help reinstalling.

None of you ever responded to my emails. You just ignored the crap out of me.

What hurt the most was that the copy of RX that crashed (for some reason it reverted to a trial version?) was a Father's Day gift from my son.

Your lousy customer support in this instance means I won't ever be buying any of your products again.

OMG.  I never received your email about a CRASH!!

I never provide BAD customer service.

I am sorry for you trouble, but I would never provide bad support.

Sometimes, my emails may end up in JUNK mail or sometimes I cannot respond fast enough.

But at UX Software, I always try to help EVERYONE!!  I mean it!!!

For me I've always found RX to reply within the day & be very efficient & professional, everytime I've dealt with them  :good:

I was always amazed how fast the response was from RX with any question I had.

Nothing but 5 stars for me.

Yeah, well they left me hanging.

It wasn't just one email, it was several, and over several weeks too.

I gave up trying after that, and the fully paid for program is still sitting on the computer as a trial version.

I guess we just got ripped off this time.  :(

Well I must say I agree with bombus here.

I changed my computer hard drive and re-downloaded your software

mailed you several times to have my licence put back on this copy and have not had one reply from you

basically you just dont bother

Well, I do not remember your emails.  I always respond (it may be a day or two), if I receive the emails.  I keep a history of all emails and respond.

I am sorry you do not think I respond.  I take pride in excellent customer service.  I have no reason not to respond.

If you want to email me again, I will respond, unless your email are not getting to me.

I have had many hard disk crashes/changes. Always had my ticket responded to in 1 or 2 days.

Guy's I just wanted to come back to this topic.

I contacted Les some time ago and he sent me a new licence key instantly.

My comp crashed yet again so I went out and bought a new PC.

Contacted les again for another licence key and the response from him was instant.

Just wanted to say Thank You Les.
