Here is it is, the new quack meter.  In recent months, the number of quacks on the board has gone up very quickly.  Some of these quacks are regular people that just make an occasional outlandish claim.  Others are people like James Wendall that are completely out of touch with reality. 

How do we determine if a poster is worth reading, or whether it's delusional gibberish by someone that is a real quack?

Well, here's the solution to the problem.  It's the QuAcK meter.  Delusional posters like James, whom we all agree is a bonified quack, use certain key phrases and words that immediately demonstrate to everyone that they are a certified quack.  By using a point system for these key words and phrases, we can rate the quack level of each thread and post the results at the front of each thread.  If each thread on the forum has a quack rating that we can immediately view, then it will greatly reduce the time required to find the more interesting posts.

Below is the new point system.  Please feel free to add on to it as you recognize the words that quacks use.

1. The poster can't form a sentence, but claims to be smarter than Einstein. 10000 points.
2. The poster claims to be smarter than Einstein:  5000 points. 
3. The poster claims that ordinary math doesn't apply to their system.  500 points
4. The poster substitutes other letters to represent either R for red or B for black.  For example, they may use H, M, L, or W...So far, I've seen several examples.  200 points.
5. The poster claims that they use numerology to win regularly. 500 points.
6. The poster claims that ancient monks invented roulette, not Pascal.  500 points.
7. The poster claims to have made millions using their secret system based on the law of the third. 500 points.
8. The poster claims to beat lotteries, horses, and all casino games with their system. 300 points.
9. The poster claims his system can't be tested by a computer, but Two Cat Sam shows it to work. 200 points.
10. The poster claims that there's a bet that wins consistently. 200 points.
11. The poster believes the "holy grail for roulette" will be discovered any day now!  100 points.
12. The poster claims to find patterns in randomness. 100 points.
13. The poster claims to surf the dispersion of hits in randomness. 100 points.
14. The poster claims to donate most of his winnings to children's charities.  200 points.
15. The poster offers hints in his avatar.  500 points.
16. The poster talks about himself in a daily diary. (Yes, like James for example.)  300 points.
17. The poster claims that there is a secret flaw in the layout of the roulette wheel that can be exploited.  500 points.
18. The poster claims to win $50 or more a day by just using gaming discipline and money management.  200 points.
19. The poster claims to win every time he plays. 500 points.
20. The poster claims to have a successful system that enables them to win on the outside in the long run.  200 points.
21. The poster claims that there is a consistent winning bet in roulette. 300 points.
22. The poster thinks that you can win if you can find "just the right progression." 100 points.
23. The poster thinks that the "hemi" or "bow tie" is a long term winner.  100 points.
24.  The poster claims to win in the long term by making educated guesses. 400 points.
25. The poster claims to make educated guesses that are correct more than 50% of the time. 300 points.
26. The poster keeps an online journal of his betting results on the outside bets. 100 points.
27. The poster has either the family dog or cat as an avatar. 200 points.
28. The poster has an Animee figure as an avatar. 200 points.
29. The poster refers to educated people as "Math Boys." 200 points.
30. The poster claims to have developed a long term winning system. 200 points.
31. You believe "Win With Math" is real. 500 points.
32. Someone is going to find and post the "Holy Grail" any day now. 200 points.
33. You belong to a numerology study group. 200 points.
34.  The poster claims that using his method that, "It's harder to not to hit the lottery then hitting it.  Yes my method in fact it's not even possible to lose."    10,000 points.
35.  The poster believes Dysexlic's, or Murph's  posts. 100 points.

If you score:

Over 2000 points: You're James Wendall.  You should be in a straight jacket.  You belong in an institution.  You believe in gov. conspiracies.  You're heavily medicated and drift in and out of reality.  You're blissfully ignorant and blowing spit bubbles.

1000 points or more: You're definitely a big quack.  Chances are, you believe in gov. conspiracy theories as well.  You should not be allowed to handle money.  Other people should administer your medications.  Someone else should manage your daily affairs and finances.  You're blissfully ignorant and blowing spit bubbles.

I won some sessions with real money then last night I switched to play money cos didnt wanna push my luck.
I lost over 1000 units in 1 session.
Im glad I swapped from real to play or I would have been wiped out.

Well, I just returned from Indian Bend and I am totally disgusted.  I tried this system and the first word that comes to mind is TERRIBLE.  My first go I played exactly as specified and I got only two hits in 29 spins for a loss of over 200 units.  I did the "split" and then proceeded to go 18 spins until I got my first hit, then another 5 until I hit another.  Now I am down about 350 units.  I gave it a third go and only two hits in 20 spins for another 120 unit loss.  Altogether I lost 480 units ($120.00).  The worst part of it was, all of the unhits were spinning in exactly as they always do when I play my Diodoro Mod.  If I had been playing the Diodoro Mod, I would have won probably $80-$100 tonight.  Never again.  Sorry Viper and Skrizy, but what you experienced was luck, this system is no good.

First of all can I just say that the guys are to be congratulated for bringing this one to the table. 
From what they say they spent a solid month testing this.
I spent most of yesterday testing it to see how it performed. I was impressed with all the winning sessions and YES I did have a bust where I lost the 500 units. At the end I was a few hundred units up.
For me the mechanical side of this system is one of the best I have seen. Unfortunately sooner or later the progression WILL bust out and you will lose a stack of money. So rather than give up on it I think it needs looking at and finding how it can tweaked playing flat bets or maybe using a small progression with a stopping point. It still may fail long term but it is too soon just to give up.
Sorry to hear about your loss RPro. That is one of the downsides that anybody's first game could be the one where the progression gets to steep.

I am thinknig Lankys 35 point divisor staking plan would work but profits would not be as high but the divisor plan allow you to stay in the game longer without busting out as those wins will come along in clumps eventually

Any one tested this with Lanky's 35 point divisor plan? I am not well versed in that. I did read the post, but not sure I fully understand how to utilize the 35 point divisor with this system.

Like I said in an earlier post I had trouble gettingit to work it win easy then at times the numbers that come out wont suit the system but i say if one is willing to be more patiant the divisor plan wil lwork with this  I think

I have tried this for a few sessions and I think it looks great.
But of course I did it my way:

1) Whenever a trigger comes I start betting the trigger and Zero.
2) I bet only to the first win.
3) If I have to make a bet that makes the bank-roll -36 or worse (start = 0) I progress to 2 units on each number.
4) If I have to make a bet that makes the bank-roll -72 or worse I stop.

So the worst case is 71 units lost in one session.
I absolutely think that a longer progression is too dangerous.

I just played this with real money (I know... perhaps not the most intelligent thing in the world to do). I had a BR of 111 units and I followed Homeito's advice: to stop when you lost 71 units.

I played 3 sessions and ended up with 202 units, thus a profit of 91 units. I think this system is worth it. I stopped playing there, for now. Even if i played a fourth session and lost (according to Homeito's advice) I would have walked out with a 20 unit profit.

I also played this on a mini roulette wheel (only 12 numbers and 0) for about 20 sessions just for fun.  Man, it was wicked. Although the mini roulette was RNG, I really cashed in big time (so sorry it was only playmoney). Do not drown this system yet.

Hey, Jakk. Nice hearing from you again. It was just the mini roulette I played with RNG, just for fun    Also it is the fastest way. I know I was lucky. The first game of 3 sessions I played on a live spin wheel (African Palace). I could have gone further but I was just doing a test. Testing on RNG is useless, that is why I tried to play some real money. I have some confidence in this system, although I am not always sure if I understand the whole process correctly.

Well said Homeito. If I followed your rules instead of gaining 200 units in my tests I would have gained just over 500.
The idea is very good. It is just a question of the style of play. Do you like a more attacking game (which carries more risk) or are you a more conservative player. The way I look at it is that winning beats losing. I would rather go home winning 1 unit than losing 500. So that puts me in the conservative camp.

I'm done with this one I think.  I need to stick with what wins for me and that is my matrix betting system and my Diodoro Sector Mod.  I almost can't lose with those.  I was going to add this one to my arsenal but it wasn't just 1 bad game it was 3 terrible games in a row.  I just don't see what makes the system balanced or what makes it logical.  I have also had several bad tests as well.  This just isn't the one for me.
